摘    要:研究了典型发动机涡轮增压器隔热罩的形貌优化过程,在Hypermesh软件中建立了隔热罩形貌优化的有限元计算模型,通过形貌优化使隔热罩的动态特性得到了大幅提高。

Abstract:The morphology optimization process of the representative engine turbocharger heat shield was studied, and the FEA modal of it in Hypermesh environment was established, the dynamic characteristics of the heat shield was greatly improved by morphology optimization.
