基于CATIA V5的零件参数化设计及运动仿真

摘    要:提出了一种基于CATIA V5知识工程的参数化设计方法,这种设计方法通过为产品建立一个产品知识库来完成参数化设计的尺寸驱动和特征驱动,方便地将设计原理、规范、准则等设计依据融入CAD设计,方便进行实时修改、后期修改以及模型自动更新,提高设计效率。结合在汽车前挡风玻璃刮雨器等机构中常用的曲柄摇杆机构为设计实例,通过CATIA知识工程模块实现参数化建模,并对该机构进行了虚拟装配、运动仿真及运动干涉分析。

Abstract:A kind of parametric design was discussed based on CATIA V5 knowledge. By setting up a knowledge library for product, this method can realize the parametric and feature driving. Consideration in product design such as design principle, standard, rules is also convenient to be blended into compuler aided design. It is not only convenient to modify immediately or at later stage, but to auto update the model. 50 the design efficiency is boosted. Took the crank and rocker mechanism as an example, which is usually used in the automobile window cleaner, with CATIA knowledge module, the paper realized parametric modeling, then it made virtual assembly, kinematic simulation and kinematic interference analysis.
