摘    要:砂轮不平衡产生的振动信号是与砂轮转速同频的周期信号,精确获取与转速同频的信号值是对砂轮进行动平衡的前提。由于采集的振动信号中含有频率等于砂轮转动频率的不平衡量信号和它的各次谐波,以及频率不是砂轮转动频率整数倍的非整倍频分量、随机干扰信号等等,对于这样一个复杂信号,要想在线实时提取出振动不平衡量,信号检测问题成为系统设计的一个关键所在。设计应用小波分析算法有效地提取了砂轮的不平衡振动信号,实验和仿真表明,该算法有效,应用此算法构造的砂轮在线动平衡装置取得了满意的效果。

Abstract:The vibrant signal brought by the imbalanced grinding wheel is a periodic signal having the same frequency with grinding wheel speed. It is a premise to obtain the precised signal amount that has the same frequency with the speed.The sampling signal includes the imbalanced signal and a variety of harmonics whose frequency is equal to grinding wheel rotate frequency and non-integer part amount whose frequency is not equal to grinding wheel rotate frequency and random disturbance signal. To such a complicated signal,signal test became a crucial problem if we want to extract the imbalanced vibrate signal real time online. The imbalanced signal of grinding wheel dynamic balance system is extracted efficiently by applying the wavelet assay method. The simulation and test show the algorithm is available. The grinding wheel dynamic balance device have obtained the satisfied result by using the above algorithm.
