摘    要:4,6-二羟基嘧啶是合成甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂嘧菌酯的一个重要中间体。以丙二酸二甲酯和甲酰胺为原料合成目标化合物,以反应温度、反应时间及甲酰胺的用量作为考察因素进行正交实验,用这三个指标评定工艺的优劣。由正交实验得到的最佳合成工艺条件为:反应温度50℃,反应时间6h,n(丙二酸二甲酯):n(甲酰胺)=1:3.5,收率达59.73%。优选得到的工艺简便宜行,产物经红外光光谱鉴定,证明结构正确。

Research on Synthesis of 4,6-Dihydroxypyrimidine

Abstract:4,6-Dihydroxypyrimidine was an important intermediate for azoxystrbin of β- methoxyacrylates. The title compound was synthesized from methyl malonate and formamide, and using the temperature of the reaction, the time of the reaction and the amount of formamide as affecting factors, the orthogonal test was conducted to assess the preparation process good or bad in the three indexes. The optimized preparation process was as follows: the temperature of the reaction was 50℃,the time of the reaction was 5 hours and the amount of formamide was 3.5 times of that of formamide in 59.73%. Conclusion: The optimized preparation process is simple and practicable and the product was characterized by IR.
