摘    要:当前转基因食品的安全性问题已经越来越受到人们的广泛关注。本文介绍了转基因食品的发展现状,并对转基因食品的检测技术和安全性评价进行了全面的综述,为进一步开展转基因食品的定性检测及其安全性评价工作提供一定参考。

Abstract:People have paid more and more attention to the safety of genetically modified food.The safety assessment of transgenic organisms becomes a worldwide concerned issue because its genetic characters are modified factitiously. The development in GMO and some detection methods as well as safety assessment are comprehensively reviewed in this paper,which may be valuable for the further study.
