摘    要:在现代化的冶炼生产中,合理高效的自动控制系统设计和配置,有助于提高生产效率.精炼摇炉自控系统设计中,用s7-400为主控制器,规范了其他数据的介入形式,有效提高了整个系统配置的兼容性和合理性.本文阐述了在各个生产环节上的结构和配置、功能和特点;设计还考虑到后期的铜电解精炼湿法铜冶炼系统,预留了相应接入接口,为实现全厂数据信息化打下基础.

Abstract:In modern smelting production, the reasonable and efficient design and configuration of automatic control system is helpful to improve productivity. In the automatic control system of rocking refining furnace, which uses S7-400 as the master control-ler, regulated the intervention form of the other data, improved the compatibility and rationality of the system configuration efficiently. At the same time, it also elaborated the structure and configuration, function and characteristics in various configurations and links. The design also takes into account the electrolytic refining system later, reserves the access interlace, laying the foundation for the real- ization of the data informatization of our plant.
