| 摘 要： | 结合某铜业公司多台转炉的供风控制的实际情况,对转炉的作业方式调整为3H2B后的供风控制的典型方案进行比较,对风机与转炉的对应工作模式进行分析.实践证明,通过增加1台风机及少量阀门、管路,充分发挥了原有设备的最佳潜能,使转炉工序的生产能力得到了大幅提升.

| Abstract: | By combining with actual condition of air supply control of several converting furnaces in a Copper Company, the paper compares typical scheme of air supply control after operating method of converting furnace is changed into 3H2B, and analyzes the cor- responding operating modes of blower and converting furnace. It proves that it will give full play to maximum potential of original equip- ment by adding one blower and a small quantity of valves and pipes; and production capacity of converting furnace process will be greatly improved. |
