井筒注浆封水技术在谦比希铜矿的应用

摘    要:谦比希东南矿体主井设计井深1100m,存在井筒穿越多个含水岩层,水压及涌水量较大等问题,如何有效封堵深部地下水成为井筒建设成败的关键,针对上述问题,在深入分析涌水规律的基础上,提出了工作面超前预注浆防水技术,封水效果良好,缩短了建设工期,为类似工程提供了借鉴意义.

Application of Grouting Waterproof Technology for Main Shaft in Chambishi Copper Mine

Abstract:The designed depth of main shaft of southeast orebody in Chambishi Copper Mine is I lOOm. There are the problems that many aquifers were cut across and large flow of water and pressure. It is the key of shaft construction how to seal the ground water in deep. Aiming at these problems, based on analysis of water inrush properties, the grouting waterproof technology preworkface is put forward, the effect of sealing water is obvious well. The construction period is shortened by this technology, and it provides the refer- ence for the similar projects.
