闪速熔炼技术发展趋势

摘    要:闪速熔炼具有工艺成熟、配套设施完善、反应效率高、能耗低、环境保护好等优势,近30年来得到快速应用和发展.概述了闪速熔炼发展历程,同时重点论述了近年来闪速熔炼工艺在蒸汽干燥、常温富氧鼓风、高强度冶炼方面的最新发展趋势,其中认为提高熔炼强度具有投资小,节能降耗等优点,是闪速熔炼发展趋势,但提高冶炼强度的过程中存在炉体局部过热、生料多、渣含铜高、烟灰发生率高等一系列问题,重点阐述了这些问题解决的主要思路和最新的技术进展.

Development Situation of Copper Flash Smelting Process

Abstract:Due to flash smelting advantages, such as technical maturity, improved supporting facilities, high reaction efficiency, low energy consumption, environmental protection etc ; the application of flash smelting process rapid deve!oped in recent 30 years. The paper summarized the history of flash smelting process development, and focus on introducing the latest situation of steam dryer ; enrich oxygen blast in normal temperature; high strength smelting of flash smelting. The author thought the smelting strength improving was the develop situation, which had low investment, energy saving and other advantages. But it had a series problems such as furnace o-verheat, raw concentrate blocking, high copper content slag, high dust generation rate, during the process. The solving methods and latest technical progress also introduced in detailed.
