摘    要:小铁山矿井口矿石运输是通过井口的自溜坡道将矿石车自溜到卸矿仓,卸完矿石后空矿车通过高差补偿器提升到空车道自溜运送到井口[1].为了提高矿车循环效率,高差补偿器运行是关键,我们探讨用液压高差补偿器取代原有风动高差补偿器.改造后液压高差补偿器运行安全、平稳、节能,且能满足不同气候条件下运行要求.

The Introduction of Hydraulic Elevation Difference Compensator Reform of YT-32 type Mine Pithead

Abstract:The pithead ore transportation of Xiaotieshan mine is that the ore cart slides to the ore - discharging bin through the pit head sliding ramp, and the empty ore cart will be devated to empties track through the elevation difference compensator and then slides to the pithead after discharging the ore. The elevation difference compensator is the key to improve the ore cart circulation efficiency. We investigate to replace the original pneumatic elevation difference compensator by hydraulic elevation difference compensator. The reformed hydraulic elevation difference compensator will operate safely, stably and efficiently which meets the requirement of different climatic conditions as well.
