摘    要:高速磨削加工属于先进制造方法。与普通磨削比,它有很多优点,且集粗精加工于一身,能达到与车、铣、刨等切削加工相媲美的金属磨除率,能实现对难磨材料的高性能加工。阐述了高速磨削加工工艺的确定,高速磨削加工在工业中的具体应用,以及进一步提高磨削速度的设想。

Abstract:High speed grinding process is a modern manufacturing method. Compared with common grinding process, it has a lot of advantages. It combines rough and fine processes into one and achieves low metal removal rate as compared with cutting processes such as welding and milling. It can achieve the purpose of high efficiency in processing hard-to-process materials. The article also elaborates on high speed grinding process, specific application of high speed grinding process and thoughts on research into high speed grinding process.
