基于Linux操作系统的开放式EDM-CNC开发思路

摘    要:选择一个好的操作系统作为电加工数控系统开发平台,对于我国自主研制开放式体系结构的电加工数控系统至关重要。阐述了Linux操作系统的主要特点以及所能提供的卓越性能,简单介绍了成功的开发实例。实践证明,采用开放的Linux系统可以获得比封闭式系统更加稳定、更加健壮、性能更好、成本更低的综合效益,同时还具有更好的可持续发展能力。

Abstract:Choosing a good operating system as the development platform of EDM-CNC is very critical for the self-development of Open-architecture EDM-CNC systems in our country. This paper presents the major characteristics of Linux operating system and the predominant performance it can offer. The successful development cases are also introduced briefly. It has been proved that by applying the open Linux system, the overall benefits including better stability, better robustness, better performance and lower cost as well. Meanwhile, it also provides the capability of sustainable development.
