| 摘 要： | 针对汽车大型内饰件的几何特性对其注塑缺陷进行预测,运用Moldflow对注塑过程进行CAE仿真和分析,得出熔接线的分布情况,通过优化注塑模浇口位置和改善注塑工艺来获得较高质量的产品.

| Abstract: | Aim at the geometry identity of vehicle large inside decorative part, the defect is forecasted. The distributing state of melting-joint is obtained through CAE simulation and analysis of injecting process. High quality product is acquired by optimizing injecting system of plastic mould and injection process. |
