塔河油田7号区块深井优快钻井技术

摘    要:在详细分析了塔河油田7号区块地层特点及钻井技术碓点的基础上,给出了适合该地区深井钻井的优快钻井技术,包括针对不同地层合理选用PDC钻头和牙轮钻头,井眼稳定技术和井眼畅通技术等。多口井的钻井实践表明,深井钻井速度大幅提高,钻井成本不断降低,时塔河油田增储上产、提高勘探开发速度起到了积极作用。

Abstract:On the basis of detailed analysis on formation characteristics and drilling technical challenges in the block-7 in Tahe oilfield, a series of scientific drilling technologies suitable for deep wells in the area are presented, including reasonable PDC and roller bit selection for different formations, keeping stable and unobstructed wellbore, etc. Drilling practices in wells indicate that the drilling speed are increased remarkably, drilling cost is reduced increasingly. The technology plays an active role in enhancing oil exploration, production and development speed.
