| Abstract: | Oil and fat factory's investing decision is a criterion of investing action ,it's result directly relates to cost ,quality and social effect of project of oil and fat factory ,then influences whether the construction of oil and fat factory succeeds or not ,only when the decision is right ,investment on oil and fat factory can be effectively controlled. |
