采煤机磨损状态监测技术研究

摘    要:指出铁谱技术能有效地监测采煤机磨损状态,研究了旋转式铁谱定量技术,得出旋转式铁谱磨损烈度指数。分析了采煤机齿轮严重滑动磨损故障及磨损颗粒特征,制定了磨损状态判据,给出了采煤机齿轮磨损故障的监测实例。
