12%复方生物碱微乳剂防治烟蚜室内生测及田间药效试验

室内毒力结果表明,植物源农药12%复方生物碱微乳剂对无翅烟蚜具有较高的杀虫活性,施药2d后LC50为102.87 mg/L。田间试验结果表明,12%复方生物碱微乳剂对烟田烟蚜具有较好的防治效果,是防治烟蚜的有效药剂,随着剂量和天数的增加,防治效果明显提高,持效期7d左右。该药剂用于田间防治,适宜稀释浓度为400～500mg/L,对烟草安全,对天敌影响较小。

Bio-assay and Tobacco Field Trials of Compound Alkaloids 12% ME for Controlling Myzus persicae (Sulzer)

The Bio-assay and field test on botanical pesticides which is compound alkaloids 12% ME for controlling Myzus persicae was carried out.The results indicated that compound alkaloids 12% ME had higher insecticidal activities against non-wing Myzus persicae,and LC50 values of compound alkaloids 12% ME against Myzus persicae was 102.87 mg/L after 2 days of treatment.The results of field trials showed that compound alkaloids 12% ME had the better effect on the controlling of Myzus persicae in tobacco field.With the dosage and time apparently increased,the control effect was also distinctly increased,and the persistent period was about 7 days.The suitable concentration of field control was 400-500 mg/L.compound alkaloids 12% ME was safe to tobacco and its influence to natural enemy was little.
