| 摘 要： | 为了保证设备的正常运行，通常要对设备进行预防性定期维修及损坏后的维修，但这会导致设备的过维修或欠维修。要想使机械设备的维修更合理，对设备进行状态管理、监测是行之有效的办法。因为设备在出现故障前，总会有一些症状，也有其自身的规律，如浴盆曲线就是对设备故障规律的一种描述。只要我们在对设备进行状态管理的基础上，充分利用振动监测、油品分析等先进的监测手段，就可以正确地判断设备的故障，确定合理的维修点。
