湿度对瓦楞纸箱抗压强度的影响

摘    要:将瓦楞纸板等效为正交各向异性板结构,采用实验法和有限元法对瓦楞纸箱在4种环境湿度下的抗压强度进行了研究,获得了其在各环境湿度下的载荷-变形曲线和抗压强度值。瓦楞纸箱抗压强度随相对湿度的增高呈指数规律下降,这表明环境湿度对纸箱抗压强度的影响极为显著。有限元分析结果与实验结果一致,表明采用正交各向异性板结构有限元模型可有效分析瓦楞纸箱的变形和抗压强度。

Abstract:The compression strength of corrugated box under different humidity is investigated by experiments and finite element method with an orthotropic plate theory, and the load-deformation curve and compression strength of corrugated box are obtained. The compression strength of corrugated box is exponentially decreased with the increasing of the relative humidity. The results from finite element method are consistent with the experiments, and the finite element method with orthotropic plate theory can be effectively used to analyze the deformation and compression strength of corrugated box.
