摘    要:提出了一种利用比较器和电阻网络组成的过放电保护电路,以防止负载被移除时电路产生振荡,高电压导通门限和低电压门关断门限可以通过电阻任意设置。而且,在电池电压过低时能够自动断开保护电路,使电池工作在近似自然放电状态,有效的保护了电池。

Abstract:The article introduces an over-discharge protection circuitry composed of comparator and resistances for different voltage-level batteries.The circuitry prevents the output voltage from oscillating when the load is removed due to near threshold voltage.The high-voltage on and low-voltage off thresholds can be set freely.In addition,this protection circuitry can be automatically removed when battery voltage is over-low and thus the battery can work at the almost naturally discharging state.
