移动终端测试与质量评估体系的研究

对运营商如何建立一套客观、公平、完备的终端测试与质量评估体系进行了研究,介绍了相关标准组织对移动终端测试的要求,然后详细分析了国内外运营商终端测试内容和评价策略的现状及其局限性,最后就运营商终端测试的测试标准、测试内容和评价策略三方面提出了建设性意见.

The Research of Mobile Terminal Testing and Quality Evaluation System

Since domestic and overseas operators construct 3G network, there are more and more 3G terminal to enter the market. As market business experience carrier for final customer, the evaluation of 3G terminal is becoming more and more important. In order to serve the development of 3G business operators better, it is necessary for operators to establish their own mobile terminal testing and quality evaluation system combining with the needs of terminal and network development. In this paper, it was studied for operators how to establish a set of objective, fair and complete terminal testing and quality evaluation system. First of all, the related standard organization of mobile terminal test requirements were introduced, then the present situation and its limitations of the domestic and foreign operators terminal test content and evaluation of the strategy were analyzed in detail. Finally this paper put forward the constructive suggestion about terminal test standard, test content and evaluation strategy for the operators.
