硼酸盐晶须改性环氧树脂性能研究

摘    要:以4,5-环氧环己烷-1,2-二甲酸二缩水甘油酯(TDE-85)/甲基纳狄克酸酐(MNA)体系作为树脂基体,分别以硼酸铝晶须和硼酸镁晶须为增强相,制备了晶须增强复合材料.研究了以不同的偶联剂表面处理的晶须对树脂体系力学性能的影响,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了复合材料弯曲断面的形貌.结果表明支化程度最高的硼酸酯偶联剂(tert-BE4)的表面处理效果最好,硼酸镁晶须/树脂体系的力学性能优于对应的树脂/硼酸铝晶须共混体系.

Abstract:After aluminum borate whiskers and magnesium borate whiskers were pretreated with different cou- pling reagents,borate whiskers-reinforced TDE-85 epoxy resin composites were prepared,The mechanical prop- erty of the composites were investigated and the morphologies of their fracture surface were detected by scan- ning electronic microscope(SEM).The results showed that the most substituted boric ester-type coupling rea- gent tert-BE4 Performs best in pretreating the surface of borate whiskers,the composites reinforced with mag- nesium borate whiskers were superior in mechanical properties to those with aluminum borate whiskers.
