摘    要:针对目前蒸汽吞吐开采稠油中存在压力下降较大、回采水率低、吞吐效果差的问题,开展了化学添加剂提高蒸汽吞吐效果的室内研究.从热稳定性、降粘性能、原油馏分分析、物理模拟试验方面对化学添加剂进行了性能评价.根据试验结果,该化学添加剂能明显降低表面张力;在高温下与原油发生反应,增加原油的轻质馏分,使原油粘度降低,而且原油经过降粘后粘度不会反弹.经过化学添加剂处理后,可节约蒸汽量28.6%.

Abstract:In order to resolve the problems of pressure decreasing quickly, low return water factor and bad effect of soaking in exploring viscous oil reservoir, experiment on improving effect of steam soaking with chemical additives has been done. Performance of chemical additives has been evaluated from thermal stability, viscosity reducing, oil fraction analysis and physics simulation test. The result show that chemical additives can reduce surface tension, when it reacts with oil in high temperature, light fraction in oil will be increased, viscosity of crude oil will be decreased and viscosity will not turn back. After chemical additives are used, the amount of steam can be saved to 28.6 percent.
