摘 要: | 采用基于多目标决策理论的综合评判法,建立了考虑影响萃取精馏溶剂选择的选择性、溶解性、沸点、黏度、比热、相对分子质量等因素的数学模型,对萃取精馏分离邻二甲苯-苯乙烯体系的候选溶剂进行综合评价。结果表明,N-甲酰基吗啉为最优萃取剂。

Screening Extractive Distillation Solvent for Oxylene and Styrene by Comprehensive Evaluation Method |

Abstract: | The main parameters influencing upon solvent selection for extractive distillation such as selectivity,solubility,boiling-point,viscosity,specific heat capacity,molecular weight are investigated,and the comprehensive evaluation model based on the multi-objective decision theory is developed.The candidate solvents for the separation of oxylene and styrene by extractive distillation are comprehensive evaluated.N-formylmorpholine is the most suitable separation solvent. |
