| 摘 要： | 在对企业ERP项目实施可行性分析的意义阐述的基础上,明确了可行性分析的内容及范围,建立了可行性研究的评价指标体系,提出了基于完全独立性的多级递阶结构的多指标的专家评分法,并通过应用示例进行了验证。

| Abstract: | On the basis of expatiation about feasibility significance of ERP project, it clarifies the contents and ranges of feasibility analysis, proposes an evaluation index system and an expert evaluation method based on multi-index of absolutely independence multilevel structure. The application examples validate the rationality and feasibility of the method. |
