数字测温电路的差值灵敏度的设计分析

摘    要:通过对铂温度传感器的测温电路的大量实验和分析研究,提出了数字测温电路中,A/D转换电路差值灵敏度的概念,分析了铂电阻温度电压放大曲线的斜率的线性特点和调试方法,以及数字显示测温电路A/D转换差值灵敏度的测试.研究表明,使铂电阻温度电压放大曲线的斜率值等于A/D转换电路的差值灵敏度,是提高测温电路精度的关键问题,并分析计算了调整斜率的理论根据和具体方法,讨论了数字测温电路中产生测量误差的因素以及提高精度的其他措施.

Abstract:According to a lot of experiment results , we analyze the digital temperature test circuit with Pt-resistance, and introduce the concept of the "Sensitivity of Differential Voltage value".The characteristic of curve slope in the ditigital temperature test circuit and the test method of sensitivity of differential value in the A/D transformer circuit are discussed. The sensitivity of differential value is the ratio between the differential value of input voltage and the showing digital value of temperature in the A/D transformer circuit. The slope of the curve of voltage amplifier circuit is equal to the sensitivity of difference voltage of the A/D transformer circuit . We analyze the slope of voltage amplifier curve in amplifier circuit, count its value and discuss the soure of measure errors.
