摘    要:从电力需求侧管理角度考虑,能效电厂(efficiency power plant,EPP)类似于传统电厂,能够向电力系统供应等效电能.构建了智能电网条件下 EPP 参与市场竞价交易的分析模型及其综合效益测算指标.以 IEEE 30节点电力系统某24 h 交易周期为例,对 EPP 参与竞价交易前后的包括市场出清价、各机组发电量、网损、EPP 机组利润在内的市场交易结果及系统负荷特性进行了对比分析,并测算出了各EPP 的综合效益值.结果表明:EPP 参与市场竞价交易后,不仅有利于电力用户和供电企业,更有助于电力系统的经济、稳定运行,因而存在着很高的综合效益

Abstract:Efficiency power plant(EPP) can provide equivalent electric energy to power system,so from the viewpoint of demand side management it is similar to traditional power plants.An analytic model for EPP participating bidding transaction in electricity market and the guess-estimation index of its overall benefit in smart grid environment are constructed.Taking IEEE 30-bus system in a certain 24-hour transaction cycle for example,the transaction results within electricity market,such as market clearing prices,generated energy of each generator,network loss,profit of EPP units and so on as well as the load characteristics of power grid are compared and analyzed,and the guess-estimation on comprehensive benefit of each EPP is carried out.Both results of the transaction and the guess-estimation show that not only the participation of EPP in bidding transaction is favorable to electric power consumers and power supply enterprises,but also it contributes to economic and stable operation of power grid,thus the participation of EPP in bidding transaction can bring about high comprehensive benefits.
