汽轮发电机组转子-轮盘系统的动力分析

摘    要:转子-轮盘系统是汽轮机的关键部件,以往在对其进行耦合振动分析时,动力学模型非常复杂,公式繁琐,难以求得解析解。采用等效的方法,对质量、转动惯量、质心及惯性矩进行等效,将复杂的汽轮机转子-轮盘-叶片系统等效为简单的转子-轮盘系统模型,将原来的大规模耦合振动系统降阶为低阶等效小规模耦合系统,进而求出其频率和振型。

Abstract:Rotor-blade disk system is the crucial parts of steam turbine, when carrying out couple vibration analysis for it before, the dynamics models and its formula were very complex. It was hard to get thee calculating answer. The equivalent method was adopted in this paper, the related parameters were equivalent. The complex rotor-blade disk-vane system was equal to be a simple rotor-blade disk system model. The large-scale coupled vibration system was equal as low orders small-scale couple system, the Frequency and vibration mode were given.
