摘    要:培训是企业人力资产增值的重要途径,也是企业组织绩效提高的重要过程。结合企业培训现状及存在的问题,提出了企业建立有效培训体系的对策。

Abstract:Training is an important way for enterprises to get a rise in value of their human resources.Besides,it is a process which is key for an increase and an improvement in achievements and efficiency of the enterprises' management.In the light of the present situation of enterprise training and some problems existing in the training,the paper puts forward some ways for enterprises to establish an effective training system.
