| Abstract: | Training is an important way for enterprises to get a rise in value of their human resources.Besides,it is a process which is key for an increase and an improvement in achievements and efficiency of the enterprises' management.In the light of the present situation of enterprise training and some problems existing in the training,the paper puts forward some ways for enterprises to establish an effective training system. |
