摘    要:居住区详细规划教学中存在忽视城市、设计程序各阶段相互脱节、居住区基本术语和相关规范理解僵化等问题。通过引导学生进行概念性研究、通过将居住区选址问题引入居住区详细规划教学过程的尝试,使学生真正得到城市规划思维的精髓。

Abstract:In the teaching of detailed planning of resi-dential area,there exist the problems of negligence ofcity,disconnection between different phases of designprogram,and ossification in understanding of basic termsand related rules in the residential area,etc.By guidingthe students in their conceptual study and by the at-tempt to introduce the issue of site selection of resi-dential area into the teaching of detailed planning ofresidential area,we can enable the students to truly gethold of the essence of city planning.[
