薄壁深锥形零件的成形工艺及模具设计

摘    要:采用冷挤压、缩口与扩口相结合的工艺方案,对薄壁深锥形零件的成形工艺者了理论分析和实验验证,说明采用合理的工艺方案和模具结构,能够避免薄壁锥形零件成形时的失稳起皱和开裂现象。

Abstract:In this paper,a method combining cold extrusion with necking and expanding is adapted for the forming of thin deep conetube.Through theoretic analysis and experiment it is found that the defect such as instability and wrinkling can be solved by adapting reasonable process method and proper die structure.
