| 摘 要： | 9月28日,中联重科在国庆将至,公司创立16周年之际,联合弘毅投资,高盛集团、曼达林基金,与混凝土机械制造行业排名世界前三强的意大利CIFA公司在长沙正式签署整体收购交割协议,以现金收购方式,正式完成对CIFA股份的全额收购.
