摘    要:为了在鞋品的概念设计阶段实现基于知识与创新理念的设计过程,根据该领域产品的设计特点,提出了以解决产品设计矛盾为流程的创新性设计思路,建立了层次化的设计矛盾体系和为解决矛盾的层次化领域知识体系,在知识的获取上呈现出由粗到细的粒度特性,能方便、快捷地引领设计师通过适当交互给定设计需求信息来获取对应的设计知识,在每一层通过特定的规则推理给出中间决策结果即稍粗略的鞋品设计方案,以此进入更深和更细的下一层设计过程,从而实现了一个具有智能化功能的鞋品概念设计原型系统。

Abstract:In order to effectively use the knowledge and innovative thinking throughout the process of the footwear concept design,this paper put forward a novel design method based on the conflict-solving idea according to the characteristics of shoes design.The method consists of the hierarchical design conflict expressions and the hierarchical knowledge expressions for solving conflicts.The steps in the acquisition of knowledge were taken from coarse granularity to fine granules,and a designer can be swiftly and easily directed to retrieve corresponding design knowledge with a simple interactive operation.Some middle results for example a coarse footwear design were produced on reasoning rules and designer's decisions in each step,and the final result was obtained step by step.Finally,a prototype of CACD with AI features for footwear was developed.
