| 摘 要： | 介绍了三维机械设计软件Solidworks的功能、特点,并以模塑餐碗及其压模设计为例,讨论了如何使用Solidworks进行模塑件三维实体造型设计,如何利用塑件实体模型提取模具设计所需的塑件特征参数及派生模具成型零件等塑件及模具的计算机辅助设计方法.试验表明Solidworks简单易用,可方便地用于模塑制品及其模具设计.

| Abstract: | The function and features of Solidworks a 3D mechanical design software were introduced.Some examples about plastic bowl and its mould design were used to explain how to use Solidworks to build 3D solid model of plastic product, how to use the product model to get feature parameters before mould design and to derive mould parts from the product mould. The results show that the Solidworks is simple and easy to use to design plastic mould. |
