Cu、Sm共掺杂TiO_2光催化剂的制备及光催化性能研究

摘    要:对比研究了用溶胶-凝胶法和溶胶-乳化-燃烧法与等体积浸渍法结合制备的Cu、Sm共掺杂TiO2催化剂,并用X射线衍射、紫外可见吸收光谱、拉曼分析等技术表征了催化剂的形貌、结构及吸光性能,样品的表征与光催化活性测试结果表明,Cu和Sm离子的引入使TiO2样品的吸收带边发生不同程度的红移,使可见光吸收强度增大,协同效应提高了对目的反应的催化活性,Cu掺杂Sm3+/TiO2样品的最佳掺杂量为w=1.5%~2%之间。

Abstract:Cu and Sm co-doped TiO_2 catalysts were prepared by impregnating Sm~(3+)/TiO_2 (w (Sm)=1%), which were prepared by sol-gel method and sol-emulsion-combustion method previously, with the solutions of cupric salts by incipient wet impregnation method. The catalysts were characterized by techniques of X-ray powder diffractometer (XRD), UV-Vis diffuse reflection spectra and Raman analyses. The results showed that the doping of Cu and Sm resulted in the redshift in the spectral band adsorption of TiO_2 catalyst and enhanced the adsorption in visible light region. The photocatalytic activity for reduction of carbon dioxide to methanol might be improved by the synergistic effect. The appropriate doping quantity of Cu in Sm~(3+)/TiO_2 was 1.5~2 percent by mass.
