| 摘 要： | 针对汽车服务备件库存占用资金大、服务响应时间长的现象,提出了电子商务环境下基于协调中心的汽车服务备件多级库存联合控制策略,实现汽车供应链上各节点企业的协调库存运作与管理.以一个汽车备件供应商和多个备件服务站构成的供应模型为例,通过对传统和电子商务环境下的汽车服务备件物流供应链结构的分析,建立了各自的利润模型.并通过算例进行比较.结果表明：采用以上联合控制策略可以降低库存成本.
