| 摘 要： | 滚圆在导圆内周的内摆线运动轨迹,在特殊几何条件下会蜕变为通过导圆中心的直线,将齿圈分度圆作为导圆,行星齿轮分度圆作为滚圆并使2个分度圆直径满足1倍比关系。设计制造出行星齿轮无级调速器,通过对其进行运动分析和工作性能测试,验证了该装置可实现无级调速。

| Abstract: | Roller hypocycloid motion locus in guide circule change into a line through the centre of the guide circle in specific geometry.Ring gear reference diameter is two times greater than planetary gear if ring gear reference circule is as guide circule and Planetary gear reference circule is as roller.The planetary gear stepless speed adjustor sample machine motion analyses and characteristic test showed that the device can adjust stepless speed. |
