| 摘 要： | 简要分析了1984年印度博帕尔毒气泄漏事故和2003年重庆开县的井喷中毒事故,指出了加强气防技术培训工作的重要性与紧迫性;客观地将石油化工企业应进行有毒有害气体防护技术培训的人员划分为不同的层次,并提出了不同层次的人员重点培训的内容与培训方法.
