| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和即将加入WTO，我国企业的经营环境发生了很本的变化，市场竞争比以往更加激烈。为提高企业竞争力，本文在考虑我国企业特殊性的基础上，探讨了企业再造工程的实施方法与对策，以适应环境的变化和提高竞争力。

| Abstract: | With the establishment of socialism market economic mechanism and China is expected entry into WTO,the environment in which enterprises operating has changed radically;and the competition in the market becomes more intentive than ever.Based on the study of the speciality of enterprises in China,it proposed the methods and solutions of business reengineering, so that enterprises adapt the environment and enhance competitiveness. |
