应用油井水泥降滤失剂提高中原油田固井质量

根据中原油田复杂断块的地质特点，就水泥浆滤液对油气层的损害特征，油井水泥降滤失剂控制失水的原理进行了论述。针对淡、盐水、低密度、高密度水泥浆分别选用了S27、SM－B、XS-2、R90系列、T50系列降滤失剂。经降滤失剂处理过的水泥浆其滤失量、稠化时间、抗压强度等性能均符合现场施工要求。经几十口井的现场应用．有效地提高了中原油田的固井质量。

Improving Cementing Quality By Using Fluid-Loss-Additives in Zhongyuan Oil Field

According to the gelogical features, this paper describes how the slurry filtrate does damage to oil-gas-reservoirs, also discusses the mechanism for controlling water-loss by using fluid-loss-additives. The different additives such as S27,SM-B, XS-Z,R90,T50 are used in terms of the cement slurries, for example, fresh water slurry, salt water slurry, low or high density slurries. After the processing with additives, the filtration,thicking time,compressive strength are all satisfied with the cementing standards, Several dozens of tests have proved that cementing quality can be improved by using these fluid-lossadditives.
