摘    要:为了节约能源,提高产质量,江西万年青水泥股份有限公司对其3号窑(我国首台2000t/dd国产化PC窑)进行了增产节能技术改造.工艺设备方面,技术陈旧、产量低、能耗高的生料制备以及熟料煅烧与冷却设备等实施改造和更换;同时,改原有的“二高一中”配料方案为“三中”方案,并优化工艺参数,完善中控操作.通过技改,系统运行稳定,产量由不能实现2000t/d达产生产,提高到2450t/d以上,熟料电耗由86kWh/t降为65kWh/t,技改效益可观.

Abstract:To save energy and improve yield capacity, Jiang Xi Wannianqing Cement Co.,Ltd took technical conversion for its #3 kiln which is the first 2 000 t/d homemade PC kiln. For process equipments, the raw material preparation equipments and the clinker cooling equipments charactered as dated technology, low output and great energy consumption. At the same time, the proportion scheme of "two-high and one-medium" was replaced by the scheme of "three-medium", and the technical parameters were optimized, the central control operation was improved. After the technical conversion, the system runs stablly and its yield capacity reaches above 2 450 t/d, although it was below 2 000 t/d before, and the power consumption decreases from 86 kWh/t to 65 kWh/t. The benefit effect is notable.
