辽河盆地小龙湾地区煤层气井钻井液技术探讨

摘    要:对辽河盆地东部凹陷小龙湾地区煤层气地质特征进行了简要介绍,重点分析了煤层气井钻井液技术的特殊性和煤层气钻井对钻井液技术的要求,研究了小龙湾地区钻井液技术.煤层气钻井液技术的特殊性主要表现在煤储层的坍塌、漏失和储层保护的特殊性上,要求钻井液必须具有合理的密度,滤液具有良好的降低气液表面张力的作用,流变参数合理,抑制能力良好,在水平井和分支水平井段钻进中具有良好的润滑性,pH值必须控制在合适的范围内.小龙湾地区煤层气钻井适合使用无膨润土聚合物钻井液体系.

Abstract:This paper addresses the geological characteristics of coal-bed gas in Xiaolongwan area in the eastern sag of Liaohe Basin,and analyzes the speciality and requirement of drilling fluid technology for coal-bed gas well.The speciality mainly shows in aspects of collapse,lost circulation and reservoir damage control,so the density of drilling fluid must be logical,the filtrate shall reduce the surface tension between gas and liquid,the rheological parameters shall be logical,the inhibitive ability and lubricity in horizontal well or multilateral well must be good,pH value must be controlled within logical range.Bentonite-free polymer drilling fluid system can be applied in coal-beg gas formation of Xiaolongwan area.
