沿海围垦工程对流域排洪影响分析

以苍南县大渔湾围垦工程为例,通过对围垦工程实施前后流域排洪状况及洪水计算结果进行对比分析,说明沿海围垦工程的实施不但使流域排洪条件及其布局发生变化,受新围区地面填高及排洪干河顶托影响,新围区上游天然河流的洪水影响范围及影响程度较之围垦工程实施前将发生改变。围垦工程实施后,流域排洪系统需结合围垦工程重新进行布置。由于围垦工程将在一定程度上加剧部分区域的洪涝灾害,应在受影响范围内尽快实施相关防洪排洪工程,以解决围区及其上游的洪涝问题。

Analysis on impact of coastal reclamation project on flood drainage of river basin

Taking the reclamation project of Dayu Bay in Canglan County as an instance,we compared and analyzed the basin drainage status and flood calculation results of around coastal reclamation project.The results reveal that the project has some influences on drainage condition and arrangement of the basin,as well as the flood-affected range and degree of upper natural reaches in the new reclaimed area after its implementation.After completion of the reclamation project,we should rearrange the basin drainage syst...
