基于MCS-51单片机定时精确控制的研究

摘    要:随着要求的提高,能精确定时对于MCS-51单片机在工业上的实际应用有着重要的意义。但是传统的软件定时方式由于时钟周期考虑不全容易引起累积误差,而采用定时器中断方式定时由于中断响应周期不确定性而产生的误差更具有非固定性的特点。文中从合理考虑各种指令执行周期、巧妙设置计数器初值、巧妙利用计数器溢出值、适时开关中断的角度出发给出了4种纠正上述各种误差的方法。最后认为还可以从硬件自身考虑来提高定时的精度。

Abstract:With the requirement improving. It is important for MCS- 51 SCM can control time precisely in industry. But the traditional software time will arise the accumulative error because the time cycle is not considered perfectly,because of the interrupt response time is not confirmed ,the error arose by the timer interrupt method is not rooted. From such aspects as properly considering the instruction executing cycle ,skillfully setting initial value ,dexterously utilizing the overflow value of the counter ,rightly openingclosing the interrupt, the paper advances four different methods to correct the error. In the end the paper thinks it is possible to improve the time precision from the hardware itself.
