弧焊机器人离线编程系统分析与设计

摘    要:从焊接生产市场竞争的角度来看,焊接生产的柔性化与集成化成为焊接生产自动化的一个必然趋势。机器人的在线示教编程不但效率低,而且占用生产时间,难以与其他系统实现无缝集成。目前,这些问题同焊接件的坡口加工及装配的精度一起成为制约机器人在焊接领域推广应用的主要技术问题。离线编程技术可以使弧焊机器人成为一种便于操作和集成的具有充分柔性的系统,根据机器人应用中的技术问题,立足于当前的实际情况,分析、设计了弧焊机器人离线编程系统。设计过程中充分考虑了系统的易用性和实用性。

Abstract:From the view on the competition of welding industry, welding flexibility and integration have become a certain tendency of welding automation. Online teaching programming is not only relatively low efficiency and product line occupation, but also very difficult to be integrated with other systems. Together with workpiece machining and assemble precision, presently,these technical problems have frustrated the robots being applied in welding. Off-line programming can make welding robot a very flexible system that is easy to be used and be integrated in the whole manufacturing process. Therefore, according to the fact of robot application, a robot-welding off-line programming system is analyzed and designed. The system facility and practicability were well considered when designing the system.
