| Abstract: | Operative arthroscopy of the wrist compliments the physical examination and radiographic imaging to improve diagnosis and treatment of lesions about the distal ulna. This article reviews the relevant anatomy, biomechanics, and classification of acute and degenerative lesions of the triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC). Minimally invasive diagnostic and management techniques for TFCC tears are described in detail. |
