摘    要:介绍了开发设计的热潜水泵用电力电子技术相结合多功能微机电控柜MPFL—Htl—28kw;系统采用带有积分分离项的不完全微分增量式PID控制规律,自动适应气温引起的负荷变化,维持液位恒定式或低位运行,热水在池内滞留时间短,减少地热损失效果明显,系统操作简便、保护功能完善、可靠性高,改变了传统的热潜水泵运行方式.

Abstract:A power-electronic umlti-function computer-controlled cabinet . The PID controlrule of incomplete differential increment type with integral separation tenn is used in this sys-tem. This system can automatically adapt the variation of load caused by air temperature andmaintain constant liquid level or running at a low liquid level. Hot water stays in the tanksfor a short hrne, thus reducing geothermal loss apparently. This system is simple in operation,perfect in protection function and high in reliability. It has changed the running manner oftraditional submersible pumps of hot water.
