| 摘 要： | 国库集中支付制度是我国财政管理制度改革的重要内容之一，高校作为国库集中支付制度的执行单位，在实际工作中遇到很多问题。本文从国库集中支付的意义入手，分析这些问题及产生的原因，并针对这些问题提出建议，以便更好地执行国库集中支付制度。

| Abstract: | The national treasury centralized payment system is an important content of China＇s fiscal reform. As the implementation units of such system, colleges and universities have encountered many problems in their practical work. The paper, starting from the significance of the national treasury centralized payment, analyses these problems and the causes and puts forward ways to solve the problems so as to implement better the system. |
