摘    要: 用解析法预报变形后奥氏体相变产物的类型和形态的首要问题是对CCT曲线进行解析化处理。研究了如何利用同类钢种中已知的2条以上不同碳当量的CCT曲线,经解析化处理后,获得讨论范围内任意碳当量所对应的CCT曲线解析式的方法。为解析法准确预报和控制轧件性能提供了一个具有可操作性的方法。

Abstract:It is important that the prediction of austenite phase of ausformed workpiece turns into result and configuration at normal temperature, in which CCT curve should be determined by means of formulization. The method of using more than two known CCT curves with different carbon equivalent of similar steel is studied. After analytic representations, the analytic expressions corresponding to any carbon equivalent in discussed range can be obtained. This analytic method can provide a method of accurately predicting and controlling properties of rolled piece.
