FD630数控平旋盘传动系统的运动学仿真研究

摘    要:FD630数控平旋盘传动系统结构紧凑、运动关系复杂.本文利用Solidedge和ADAMS,对平旋盘传动系统虚拟样机模型进行了运动学仿真分析,得到了最终滑块的位移速度及行程,并分别对这些物理量进行了时间历程上的分析,最后将这些仿真结果数据与理论计算值进行了比较,结果较为准确,从而验证平旋盘的设计结果,具有较高的可信度.

Abstract:FD630 CNC facing boring head transmission Compact,sports complex relationship.Solidedge and ADAMS use of facing??boring head transmission on the virtual prototype model of the kinematic simulation,Get the final velocity and displacement of the slide stroke,and each of these physical quantities on the time course of the analysis,the final results of these simulation data with theoretical values were compared,the results are more accurate,flat rotating disk to verify the design results?with high credibility.
